Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking Fee
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
Booking fees are deducted from the cost of your treatment.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
Booking fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
We understand plans can change.
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
Failure to Attend
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, your booking fee will be retained.
Repeated missed appointments may result in future bookings being refused or requiring payment in full at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you where possible. However, treatment time may need to be reduced or your appointment rescheduled if it would affect subsequent patients.
Consultations
Some treatments require a consultation before treatment can proceed.
Treatment recommendations remain valid for 6 months, after which a further consultation may be required if your medical history or treatment goals have changed.
Medical Suitability
Patient safety is our priority.
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or if there are any concerns regarding your health or suitability.
Results
Aesthetic and skin treatments are bespoke cosmetic and/or medical procedures.
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Compliance with your aftercare advice is essential for the best possible outcome.
Review Appointments
Where review appointments are recommended, it is your responsibility to attend within the advised time frame.
Failure to attend may affect your final result and additional charges may apply if further treatment is required.
Children & Guests
To maintain a calm, professional clinical environment, we kindly ask that only those receiving treatment attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
Refunds
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments and professional services, refunds cannot be provided once treatment has been carried out.
